A Tamale culinary adventure awaits you this Holiday Season!
In this 2 hour interactive workshop, students will learn how to prepare Tamales by properly spreading masa, making sauces, exploring different fillings (traditional and vegetarian or vegan) and understanding the steaming process.
A snack of fresh pan dulce and chocolaté Mexicana will be provided!
Each student will make & take home 1 dozen tamales. They’ll be so proud of their newfound tamale-making skills!
