Mother’s Day is fast approaching and we love mamas! Salt and Light Collective is welcoming Jen of Vivian James Events for a special one day Front Porch Floral Bar Pop-Up on May 10th from 11am - 3pm.

Enjoy a lovely time of creating as you learn how to paint different wildflowers in watercolor. Whether you have lots of experience or none, this class will be tons of fun! We will learn a few basic watercolor techniques and then use those techniques to create several beautiful flowers.

Join us for a fun and creative evening of flower arranging!

Your instructor, Jen Gayden, owner of Vivian James Events, will guide you step-by-step through floral selection, color pairing, and design techniques to create a lush, seasonal arrangement in a take-home vessel. All materials will be provided - color palettes and flower selection will vary.

Light refreshments will be included in your event ticket. Feel free to bring your favorite beverage—this class is BYOB!

Adults

Learn how to mix, shape, score and bake your own sourdough! This workshop is a hands-on experience facilitated by local Micro-Baker Desiree Marts of Grace & Grains Co.

You'll leave with your own sourdough starter, made from well-established organic starter and working knowledge of the sourdough process as well as a prepared mini-loaf in a banneton, ready to be baked fresh at home the next day. Workshop includes: hands-on instruction, prepared mini-loaf, banneton, tasting of fresh baked loaves and written instructions!

For Adults. Kids 12-16 are welcome with a paid accompanying adult.
