Learn how to mix, shape, score and bake your own sourdough! This workshop is a hands-on experience facilitated by local Micro-Baker Kristin Wells of Kiki's Kitchen!

You'll leave with your own sourdough starter, made from well-established organic starter and working knowledge of the sourdough process as well as a prepared mini-loaf in a banneton, ready to be baked fresh at home the next day. Workshop includes: hands-on instruction, prepared mini-loaf, banneton, tasting of fresh baked loaves and written instructions!

In this beginner-friendly session, we’ll guide you through the basics of setting up your machine, threading, adjusting tension, and making your first stitches. You’ll leave with the confidence to start simple sewing projects and a new creative skill to enjoy!

If you have a sewing machine, bring it along! We love teaching how to build confidence using your own machine.

From the fields of ancient Israel to your modern kitchen, the process of grinding grain into flour has not only sustained bodies—but also carried deep spiritual meaning throughout Scripture.

Learn the anatomy of a grain and the refining process, types of grain, types of mills., along with best practices for storing grain and flour for long-term use and stewardship.
