In this 3 hour interactive tamale workshop, you will master the art of preparing masa, sauces, fillings (traditional and vegetarian or vegan), and salsas. Learn the steaming process and how to set up your steamer to cook the tamales. Then sit back and enjoy a meal of tamales, fresh rice and chips/salsa! Savor flavors, share stories, and celebrate your newfound tamale-making skills.
