Learn how to mix, shape, score and bake your own sourdough! This workshop is a hands-on experience facilitated by local Micro-Baker Kristin Wells of Kiki's Kitchen!

You'll leave with your own sourdough starter, made from well-established organic starter and working knowledge of the sourdough process as well as a prepared mini-loaf in a banneton, ready to be baked fresh at home the next day. Workshop includes: hands-on instruction, prepared mini-loaf, banneton, tasting of fresh baked loaves and written instructions!

From the fields of ancient Israel to your modern kitchen, the process of grinding grain into flour has not only sustained bodies—but also carried deep spiritual meaning throughout Scripture.

Learn the anatomy of a grain and the refining process, types of grain, types of mills., along with best practices for storing grain and flour for long-term use and stewardship.
