Prepare to immerse yourself in the aromas and tastes of authentic tamales as you embark on this culinary adventure and Holiday delicacy!
In this 3 hour interactive workshop, you will master the art of preparing & spreading masa, sauces, explore different fillings (traditional and vegetarian or vegan), salsas and understand the steaming process and how to set up your steamer to cook the tamales.
Then sit back and enjoy a meal of tamales, fresh rice, chips and salsas! Savor flavors, share stories, and celebrate your newfound tamale-making skills.
Each attendee will take home 1 dozen tamales. All supplies & tools included.
